The National Museum of Transportation is pleased to be hosting another Plein Air Art painting event on our campus on Saturday, May 16, 2026, from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Guests are invited to observe talented Plein Air artists beautifully interpret echoes of our transportation history and pollinator parks onto canvas.
Artists are invited to register here to participate in this Plein Air event at our website tnmot.org. Sign up fee is $10; participation is limited to 20 entrants. Best in Show prize is $350; second place is $250; and third place is $100. Last year at least one of our artists sold his painting on the spot!
