The National Museum of Transportation rebounded in 2021. We give abundant thanks to our guests and donors, employees, and volunteers for all we accomplished together.

This week was extra special as we sponsored an event to heartily thank and celebrate our 173 volunteers, especially during the challenges of 2021. These dedicated individuals gave nearly 14,000 hours to The National Museum of Transportation this year. Let’s hear a big hurrah for them, particularly since they gave in such a way that our guests frequently commented on how amazing they are with their sharing about TNMOT!

Our individuals work in all aspects of the museum. They are incredible! These volunteers can be found in Restoration, as Tour Guides, Trolley Crew, Model Trains installation and maintenance, the Library, and the Gardens. Please join us in thanking our Volunteers for their dedication and time!
